Standard delivery will take 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. 

*Please note*due to Royal Mail Delivery Office restricted opening times, all orders will now be dispatched the next working day. The Delivery Office is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Therefore if you place an order on a Tuesday it will not be dispatched until Thursday. The same as orders being made on Saturdays, will not be dispatched until Monday.

 

We do not offer international delivery at this point in time. 

We offer free collection from our shops address: 70 Middle Street, Brixham, Devon, TQ5 8EJ. This option can be selected during the checkout process.

RETURN POLICY

Please return any unworn items within 10 working days of receipt to the address below at your own cost. We are unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. All items must be returned with the original tags and in its original condition. If the tags are not attached unfortunately a refund will not be issued. Once we have received your items, they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Please note: We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

IN-STORE POLICY

If you would like to return an item that you have purchased in store with us, please bring the item back to our shop within 10 working days, where the item will be inspected and we will offer you the option of a full refund, exchange or credit note.

 

All items must be returned with the original tags and in its original condition. If the tags are not attached unfortunately a refund will not be issued.
