Standard delivery will take 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
We do not offer international delivery at this point in time.

We offer free collection from our shops address: 70 Middle Street, Brixham, Devon, TQ5 8EJ. This option can be selected during the checkout process.
RETURN POLICY

WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES AND CREDIT NOTES ON RETURNS, NO REFUNDS.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
Please return any unworn items within 14 days of receipt to the address below at your own cost. We are unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. All items must be returned with the original tags and in its original condition. If the tags are not attached unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return. Once we have received your items, they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

IN-STORE POLICY
If you would like to return an item that you have purchased in store with us, please bring the item back to our shop within 14 days of purchase, where the item will be inspected and we will offer you the option of an exchange or credit note.
All items must be returned with the original tags and in its original condition. If the tags are not attached unfortunately a refund will not be issued.
